Ventura’s most iconic hillside neighborhood will open its doors. The Hobson Heights Home & Garden Tour is more than a showcase of homes—it’s a celebration of over 100 years of history, design, and community spirit.

You’ll begin with the award-recognized documentary The Legends of Hobson Heights at Community Presbyterian Church, then set out on a walking tour of Spanish Revival treasures, lush gardens, and ocean-view terraces. Along the way, you’ll meet neighbors, soak up stories, and enjoy rare access inside some of the city’s most fascinating private residences.

Best of all, the tour supports the Ventura Land Trust a 501c(3) nonprofit organization committed to preserving Ventura’s hillsides, trails, and wildlife habitats for generations to come.
